If you are signed up to the Nomad Games newsletter you’ll have been amongst the first to hear news of big happenings next week for Talisman: Digital 5th Edition!
Firstly, on July the 10th, Talisman Alliances: Fate Beckons will be released for the game on Steam, so that you can enjoy some co-operative play for the first time with your friends!
Secondly, and at the same time, they will be releasing the excellent fantasy soundtrack from Talisman: Digital 5th Edition which will also include as a bonus the soundtrack for Talisman: Origins!
Also, at 1pm over on the Nomad Games Twitch channel, you’ll be able to watch them playing a game with the new expansion with those irrepressible Bathrobe Boys from the Talisman Tavern!
Finally, as if that wasn’t enough, there will be a new bundle launching on Steam so that you’ll be able to pick up the complete Talisman: Digital Classic Edition and its multitude of expansions in one fell swoop!
In other related news, the most excellent Paul Grogan from Gaming Rules! will be livestreaming a playthrough and review of the physical version of Talisman 5th Edition from Avalon Hill Games tonight (July the 4th) at 8pm!
As ever, double check what time things are happening as the UK is currently on BST, but some listings seem to be in GMT or even UTC!
I think that’s just about it for this update as we are still waiting for news on when the preorders are going live for Talisman Nemesis: Call of the Hunt and for an announcement from Cubicle 7 about the new edition of the Talisman Adventures RPG!
