Well, it seems that someone has either jumped the gun, or USAopoly has decided not to continue with the spoiling of character minis for Talisman: Batman Super-Villains Edition, because an image of the rear of the box featuring the whole gang has now been put online!
A preorder page turned up on the BigBadToyStore site, with images of the box front and rear, the board, a player set up and a broad overview of the contents including a look at some of the cardbacks we will be seeing when the game is released… and it all looks great!
So we can look forward to The Riddler, The Joker, Poison Ivy, Bane, Mr. Freeze, The Penguin, R’as al Ghul, Two-Face, Clayface, Scarecrow, Harley Quinn and The Joker’s Daughter as playable characters, and of course Batman as the Reaper-esque NPC!
It seems that my hunch about the Villains Month comic covers was about right, except I had no real clue about who of the group would be included, apart from those already gleaned from the little slip on BoardGameGeek‘s coverage from the GAMA Trade Show!
