Thanks to @Ribby, a most excellent fellow from the HeroQuestFans Discord Server, we now have some images of the new promotional Toad figure from Avalon Hill to celebrate the first official outing of Talisman Sagas: Crown of Blood at Gen Con in Indianapolis!
The best news is… it’s a completely new sculpt!
I surmised that it would be a recolour of the Fanged Toad from Talisman Sagas, but I’ve never been more pleased to be wrong!
Now I just need to get my hands on one… or six… #hinthintavalonhill
Fans of HeroQuest have also had the chance to play and pick up a copy of a new quest for the game called Return of the Witch Queen, and there are goodies for the newly released Fury of Dracula!
There are more pictures over on Discord for you to see, but I thought I’d post an image of the display case from the Avalon Hill stand, part of the Talisman shelf featuring the new expansion and a sneaky peek at the legendary designer Doug Hopkins who looks like he’s thinking about how many Toad miniatures he can snag for me!
